What a great first book in a series. I enjoyed this story so much. Maddy moves to the town of Nugget after discovering her husband has been unfaithful. While renovating an old mansion into an inn, she meets Rhys, the police chief. He is only in town temporarily while he makes arrangements for his ailing father. There is so much going on in this story, there are criminals and busy bodies and a strong theme of family loyalty. I think this is a great start for the series, I am excited to read the next! Book Four,
Starting Over, doesn't release until August so I have plenty of time to get caught up!
