Ms. York has done it again. This Novella is a wonderful addition to the Norman Conquest series her fans have come to adore. I enjoyed reading about Sean and Tommy (Thomasina) so much. This is an action packed, historical romance with just the right amount of hero, action and romance. Tommy finds herself in quite the predicament. Her drunkard father has betrothed her to the worst kind of man, and her brother is doing what he can to save her. She disguises herself as a lad but when she stumbles upon our hero Sean, he sees her for the lass that she is. Sean is recovering from a case of unrequited love and meets Tommy just in time to save his heart. This is a fast paced story, but not rushed in any way. It delivers delightful side stories without bogging down the main theme. I could go on and on, but just check it out and see for yourself.
This is a definite must read. Completely entertaining and enjoyable!
